Home goal for Kirklees Metropolitan Council.....It was very gratifying to see that the Revenues and Benefits department at Kirklees Council had won an award for their hard work in Customer Care and coming second as Revenues Team of the year. It was less so when the cost of this was revealed to be £8,000 and that it was felt necessary for 23 people to attend to collect this award. A good result for the Revenues and Benefits team but very much a home goal for Kirklees Metropolitan Council I fear |
