Not renewed.............Shahid Parvez of Marsh Cars should have his application to run twelve taxis from a private house in Westbourne Road turned down. Why should this gentleman be allowed to disrupt the lives of his neighbours because he will not use suitable commercial premises and wishes to keep his personal costs down by converting his domestic dwelling to office use? The original planning consent was for one taxi not twelve and this should not now be renewed at his present address. |
