A Dewsbury Mum who claimed her 6 year old daughter was sexually assualted in a Neighbours garden has hit out after prosecution lawyers refussed to charge the man.
The Mum who cannot be named saw the alleged attack and gave a statement to police.
Specially trained officers carried out a video-taped interview with her daughter and police told the family they had enough evidence to bring charges.
However when they consulted the CPS, lawyers refused to take the case to court.
The man who is 31 and lives on the same estate as his alleged victim, voluntairly went to Dewsbury Police Station to make a statement and was arrested on suspicion of sexual assualt on a child under 13.
In interview he denied the offence and was later released without charge.
The girl who is blonde and slightly built, has been left traumatised and her parents are furious that the man will escape justice.

The assualt was unprovoked against a young innocent child and nothing has been done about it.
What is going on, it seems so silly to wait untill these sick minded perverts actually commit a full rape before something is done, if somebody can be charged with holding child porn then surely this is worse he actually touched this girl.
What are parents to do, we are natural protectors and when the law are unable to help how do we not take it into our own hands.
I really do hope he is being watched and he isn't another abuser that slips through the very slack nets. |
